It says that I am not allowed to resolve the conflicts because they are "too complex".

Minor fixes:

Now patches in the VFEC_OuterShell-layer tags on the relevant apparel if it exists (replacing the vanilla shell)
Fixed the wipecategories error for the oilLamp
