What do you mean by cross-reference errors? The Patches in this Mod extensively alter and integrate the VFE Classical Mod. Both the SPQR Ancient Rim Mod and the Mediterranean Factions Ancient Rim Mod affect different parts of that Mod differently.
What specific errors are you seeing?
Unlike the AR core, AR:SPQR causes cross-reference errors on startup when loaded alongside VFE: Classical. For some reason the amount of errors is different when AR: Meditarranean Factions is loaded with AR: SPQR, but I can't draw any proper conclusion from that and I didn't check the other addons.
