Biotech not included? #7

I got this mod to make it so I don't have to use a power switch to turn off my mech and gene rooms.

I found both subcore scanners, both mech rechargers and the wastepack atomizer are using a non-modded amount of power.

I also found the gene assembler is 25W but should be 10W when switched off. When switched on it's 100W on but should be 250W. A lot of the other gene and deathrest stuff had wrong numbers too.

Some things in biotech, similar to the speakers in ideology, use their own logic for high and low power use and is not changed by this mod.
