Todo-list for the new QT GUI:

• [x] Refactor worker connection to enable restarting
• [x] Change layout (gridlayout maybe?) for videoplayers
• [x] Progress meter working
• [ ] Precompile job on worker
• [x] Click on cells to view trace
• [x] Save menu option
• [x] Zoom and pan on videos
• [x] Change style and theme for QT, and fix paddings, play buttons, etc
• [ ] Working play button
• [ ] Auto-save (incl option for setting frequency)
• [ ] Multiple options for second player
• [ ] Tool menu: enable cross that is shown on hover on all 4 videos
• [ ] Enforce correct order of operations.
• [ ] Show some stats (half-time, lambda) for the selected cell
• [ ] Indicate videos / cached frames in the trace viewer

Extra checks:

• [ ] What happens with very non-square videos?
• [ ] Wrap processjobs in a general try-catch and handle errors.
• [ ] Do very long traces (say, 500,000 points) slow the GUI down too much?

• [x] Nicer play-and-step buttons
• [x] Show legend and time unit bar
• [ ] Indicate zoom percent and have a reset button on both videos and timeline
• [ ] Auto-set contrast depending on video. Perhaps use stats of first segment?

Should have some sort of project file which specifies several calcium videos, each with a possible behavior video and some alignment between the two. Should it be the same format as the "solution file" or a separate one?
