Let's rename ./certeasy-frontend-app to certeasy-console-app

I see that you have added a new workflow: .github/workflows/frontend-publish.yml, you should remove this workflow and integrate the publishing into the pre-existing workfows

Please update the Directory structure in README.md:

Replace ./certeasy-frontend-app with ./certeasy-console-app
Specify the technologies used
