Upload binary releases to GitHub

This would make it easier for people to get started.

Platforms we need to support:

• [x] Linux (using musl-libc)
• [x] Mac
• [x] Windows

The binaries are now available, but I'm waiting to hear back from users before declaring this closed.

Nobody has complained about these binaries, so I'm going to close this bug and let people report any future issues separately.
