[BUG] Big Framerate Issue #1451

When I pull up my world or social menu, my game lags. But when I open my avatar menu my frames drop from ~40 down to ~5. The game is almost unplayable with this frames issue. The lag disappears when I close the menu.

Thats exactly what happens to me too.

The emmVRC database has a lot of avatars, and can return a lot of results, particularly with vague search terms. The lag itself is a result of the VRChat avatar lists not being designed for this many avatars.

Then i guess this is became a feature request for better optimization on the avatar list. Seems like the only solution

it's a know issue. but one thing that's a little unoptimal, is when you're not searching for any avatars, and just have an extreamly low fps when the list for saved emm avatars is shown in the avatar list. that's the issue I've been having for a long while now...

if it's because I have 7 pages then try and explain it when I search for avatars and there is under one page of them, and the same exact fps showes up.
