Can't open the emmVCR menu #1612

Not sure if this is common but I've just downloaded emmVCR and im trying to connect to the network I was told I need a pin but I can't access the emmVCR menu

We are aware and the cause is VRChat update 1159. To temporarily get around this issue, open VRChat\UserData\emmVRC\config.json and change AcceptedEULAVersion line to "AcceptedEULAVersion": "1.0.1",

my question is how do i open the config?

The issue was fixed in emmVRC version 3.1.0
