[BUG REPORT] Player's avatar doesn't move with camera when noclip is enabled in VR #1629

This has been happening for a few months now. When you turn on NoClip when using VR, you can't move your arms, head, or anything on your avatar. You can still move around but your pose is frozen when you move.
