add the count of developer portfolios links so we will know how many developers are out there .. a rough idea for portfolio sites.. at the top of the list

Since this is just a simple markdown file this might me a little challenging

yaa, we can do you want me to create it and create a PR everytime when a new pr is accepted. increment the base count..
