Add profile-picture button and update the profile pic (front end) #19

Add profile-picture field button, using HTML, CSS, and Reactjs. use an input field to get a photo from the PC using the file reader function then upload it to the profile pic filed using react useState function by changing the img URL.

Test cases:

Appear correctly on the dashboard page and the edit profile page
choose a picture from your PC and Update it to the profile picture field correctly
