Add color schemes to image.DNAbin and image.AAbin #98

Hi Emmanuel, I added some code to allow the image functions to use different color schemes. Both functions call now a function called image.worker. I also added several color schemes which might be useful and are used in tools like ggmsa, jalview, geneious or snapgene. I'm going use these color schemes in phangorn in the functions image.phyDat, which calls the ape functions, and for plotting ancestral states in plotAnc. You might want to try it in my repository.
