Auto-mode input from GPT-suggested answer should avoid sequence, or ignore HIPPA privacy rule?

See below, sometimes the GPT-suggested text in Auto Mode will contain sequences (from hallucination) so that this will trigger the HIPPA privacy filter/rule. Can we avoid GPT giving any seq info (like adding "do not give any sequence information in your answer" to the prompt when suggesting).
