Dears, I've installed a few TSDZ2 with your software 20beta1B with really very few problems. I have recently installed the version 20.1c.1 on two different bikes and I'm experiencing some troubles. The motor stops working suddenly after 10 or 15min. Then restarts a bit later. The motors are both 500W 48V and I have limited the power to 500W, current to 15A. I don't have any further information about a possible error on the display. The bikes are ridden by two different friends. I'm waiting to test them by myself.

By the way, thank you for the wonderfull firmware. Kind regards and thank you for any help. Pierre

In version v20.1C.1 there is a function that removes assistance when there is no communication between the controller and the display. This could be the cause. Check the wiring if necessary.

This is happened to me when I use hybrid mode. In power or torque mode it's working fine.

What happened exactly?

That motor stopped working. I lost power. I needed to power off the motor with battery. Than worked normally.

Did display turned off itself immediately? Was it under substantial load? How many battery cells do you have (e.g. 14s3p)?

Display freezes. It didn't turned off. It was not under load, it was flat and down. Battery is 3P13S

I was running hybrid mode for a long time and never had an issue like that. Perhaps, it is the connection problem as emmebrusa mentioned above.
