48v coaster. Not working on c1 #24

I can't get any motor output from version c1. Version b1 works but is unusable as their is no coaster option and the motor keeps me peddling when I try to stop unfortunately being new to this I only backed up one part of the original firmware and can not find a 48v coaster firmware to download. Please advise me on what I might try next.
