Serial link UART error detection enhancement #35

I experienced myself one time that my TSDZ2 stop working and I saw that other users have similar problems (Issue #28). I made an enhancement on error detection using UART flags. I use it since 2 weeks and I did not experience other stop working... That's not real proof but I think the code is much more robust with this evolution.

Thanks, great solution. In this period I cannot try. As soon as I can get back on my bike, I'll try it.
