Vscode development helpers:
- c/cpp intellisense default config
- building
few linter warnings fixes:
- not resolved types from stdint.h
- not resolved symbols from stm8s_uart2.h
- "weakening" spelling typo
- renamed reserved putchar / getchar symbols
CI tests:
- updated sdcc (closes #76 )
- warning as errors

Compilation can be started with the default Ctrl+Shift+B

"Warnings as errors" only in CI now, because it was making harder to override code for testing

Switched to the latest sdcc 4.4.0 for the CI test.
Resulting binary is 1kb smaller compared to 4.2.0 firmware 4.2 4.4.zip
