Output path token for RomM folders #1030

Describe the solution you'd like

I don't think RomM does much file sorting itself, so it would be a great addition for Igir to support RomM's folder structure.

RomM should be considered a "frontend" in this case, and a documentation page should be added for it similar to https://igir.io/usage/desktop/retroarch/.
