It can saturate a 10 Gbit/s connection with 64 byte packets on a single CPU core while executing user-provided Lua scripts for each packet. Multi-core support allows for even higher rates. Are there plans to upgrade to a newer DPDK? #245

First, thank you for writing and maintaining MoonGen and libmoon, they're fantastic.

I have a few questions:

Do you have plans to migrate MoonGen to a newer version of DPDK, for example 18.11 --the most recent LTS version at the time I write this?
Are there any major blocking issues preventing MoonGen from working well on a newer version of DPDK?
Would you accept a contribution that upgrades MoonGen to use a newer DPDK (I haven't done this, I'm just asking)?

I experimented with it but later on reverted my changes again. I used current Debian testing to build. I had several compilation errors.
