Emmet key shortcuts won't uninstall with Emmet #34

I'm trying to get rid of Emmet shortcuts after uninstalling the plugin itself. I still have 23 Emmet commands with no bindings on them. Yet the previously colliding Emmet shortcuts still collide (and do nothing)... For example Ctrl+Shift+I should invoke Inspect, instead it replaces selected piece of code with space. (I have no other command with Ctrl+Shift+I binding, other than Inspect.)
