enctype #7

Hi Would you mind adding "multipart/form-data" & "text/plain" as two other possible options on enctype (HTML > FORM) too on the next release? (honestly, I believe "multipart/form-data" should be the default choice)

BTW, thank you so much for daily improvements, I work with Zend Studio everyday and I really notice improvements in every single update, I hope to report as many bugs as I encounter so you may fix it eventually.

one more think, is it necessary to customize emmet's preferences after every update?

No, preferences are stored separately so they are not overwritten by new plugin
