Espresso plugin automatically disabled #11

Upon installing the plugin/sugar for Espresso, Emmet.sugar is automatically moved from ~/Library/Application Support/Espresso/Plugins to .../Plugins (Disabled) It does not appear as a selection in the Espresso File>Actions menu.

Is there another way to install an emmet plugin for Espresso?
