Scroll to change (ST2/3) #78

It would be great if the the CSS document would scroll to the changed line(s) of code in Sublime Text instead of just jumping to the top every time it gets reload.

I hope this can be added to this amazing plugin

It was fixed a few weeks ago. Do you have the most recent versions of Sublime and Chrome plugins?
