layout.html changes not detected #66

If I change layout.html Weppy doesn't detect any changes in the file so no reload happens. If I refresh my local website no change is visible. Looks like layout.html is cached and the cache isn't reset because of no file change detected. This issue must be related to the fact that other files extend layout.html.
