USER STORYS: Yoga Sessions

As a member, I want to be able to book yoga sessions so that I can attend classes.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Members should be able to see a list of available yoga sessions.
• Members should be able to book a session by clicking a booking button.
• A confirmation email should be sent after a successful booking.

As an administrator, I want to be able to create and manage yoga sessions so that I can organize classes for members.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Administrators should be able to create new yoga sessions with details like title, description, date, time, and instructor.
• Administrators should be able to edit and delete existing yoga sessions.
• A list of all sessions should be available to administrators.
