Add chemical composition #114

We need a semantic way to describe chemical compositions and other physical quantities that are specific to a constituent (atom or molecule).

This is a long-needed feature that has been discussed a lot, but never went into EMMO.

This issue is different from issue #99, since chemical compositions are unordered.
