Restricted the Numerical part of PositionVector (and Velocity) to a 3-vector.
3-vector is defined as a Vector with exactly 3 Number.
A Vector hasSpatialDirectPart some Number - which will make it a state and hence give it a NumberOfElements.
Is this the right way to go?
Other changes made by Protege
When saving the changes in Protege, it also removed 'middle' from the namespace of isq - that should be fine (I guess)
However when math.ttl was saved Protege made a lot of syntactical changes dispite I am using the exact same version of OWL API (version 4.5.9.2019-02-01T07:24:44Z) as the original file was saved with. Can there be some preferences that should be syncronised.
