Rename AbsorbedDoseDimension to EnergyPerMassDimension #160

AbsorbedDoseDimension can be kept as an altLabel.

Dimension names are now based on their corresponding physical quantity. No problems with duplicates - they will be detected as equivalent by the reasoner
