Update model #188

Updated models.ttl to import persistence since PhysicalPhenomenon is a Process.

Should models.ttl also import metrology.ttl? That is needed if we want to keep the restrictions

MaterialRelation hasSpatialEssentialPart some PhysicalQuantity

in models.ttl...
