Refactoring metrology

Updated the metrology branch according to the Miro board https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVMXqTkPg=/

• metrology.ttl: updated according to the Miro board
• siunits.ttl: updated according to the Miro board
• sidimensionalunits.ttl: generated with a script using QUDT.
• unitsextension.ttl: generated with a script using QUDT.
• deprecated.ttl: old IRIs for units that have been changes. Uses dcterms:isReplacedBy to refer to the new IRIs.

The script updating sidimensionalunits.ttl and unitsextension.ttl is scripts/metrology.py. It simply add EMMO representations of units found in QUDT but not in unitsextension. Missing dimensional units will be added to sidimensionalunits. It will not overwrite manual changes to sidimensionalunits and unitsextension.
