Validation of wf syntax on push #17

improve workflow pipeline to test wf health

install dependencies and use cwtltool validate to check any syntax error, while does not provide an insight about results may help prevent syntax errors to be merged in the develop branch

This PR would no affect the wf itself. Just improve slightly the check after some commit.
