Schemas source change #21

This PR change the source of the schemas from edamontology to github and adds the files containing the schemas as backup

I have no strong opinion on that. Since it's not causing any further issues and it works is fine with me. In the previous version, I am quite sure we had several warnings because of that and it did not work properly.

Well the warning continues.... just with a different source now... Anyway, when site edamontology was down I tried to run without the schemas and was not possible...

It makes sense not to run if that's down. In any case it's good to have a copy of the schemas I guess just in case.
