eggnog summary #37

This PR aims at adding an eggnog summary.

Further, it enables the -b option in the run_wf.sh script so the user can keep the tmp folder produced by metaGOflow if needed.

Finally, the config.yml is edited as for running a partial run; only the functional annotation step.
