SOPs in the ttl files #11

Our sops from the logsheet should be in ttl as a URL or somehow need this URL info. Katrina to check out where to get this info and then Laurian to implement it

@kmexter to check on sustainability & particularly if any updates are with same DOI or new DOI @laurianvm add property stating where to find the SOP (being the handbook) & provide as URL (update in templates)

SOPs are related to columns with '_method' -> will need to update line 54 in sediment_measured.ldt.ttl.j2 and water_measured.ldt.ttl.j2*, once url of handbook location available

The current version of the handbook is on http://dx.doi.org/10.25607/OBP-1653 I am told that if the SOPs are updated, then there will be a new DOI and at that point, the template will have to change its reference to this. FYI this DOI is for version 1.0 of the handbook from April 2021 - probably also useful info to add FYI the protocols for the sequencing are also in there, and we will need to incorporate that when we include those in our data model and templates
