edmo ID as URL #17

in the observatory.ttl files edmo numbers should be a URL rather than emobon:edmoId '2167'^^xsd:anyURI

well....maybe I am confused, wondering why this number is an anyURI when it is just a number? or is it turned into a URI because of the emobon:edmoId bit?
