Check oxygen #5

There is something wrong in the dissolved oxygen values, in the water log sheets

I can't find the problem. It should contain measurement value in micromol per kilogram (umol/kg) e.g 184 (from definitions). Maybe it is a problem that it has decimal numbers?

The values are not consistent with the other samples from the other observatories. I am pretty sure they are not using the correct unit. @melanthia this should be resolved after contact with the provider, to confirm if the values are in micromol per kilogram (umol/kg) or not. Some stations have values 4.7913. You can see that this doesn't compare to 237.141 that mbal4 has. Someone is not using the correct units.

Melina has prepared a table with inconsistencies. I will check whether this is already included or I will add it.
