This information is added in file sequencing-data\shipment\20211001_samples.csv 20211001_samples.csv includes the samples id from batch 1 the obs id in which each sample comes from the ENA project accession number indicating under which project a sample should go (1 ENA project accession number corresponds to 1 obs id) the ENA umbrella accession number indicating the umbrella study; the umbrella study is the same for all samples and projects
