check how the RUN (ENA) level is created #5

Do we first have to first create the RUN (with metadata) and then attach the seq (fast files)? *discuss with Christina and Jon test it in Ioulia's personal ENA account.

I discussed this with Genoscope. We will register only the "Sample" and they will register the "Run" with metadata (necessary metadata related to the sequencing run. and raw data (seq fasta files). When we are registering the "Sample" we will anyway add as more information (metadata) as we have (including omics terms).

When they register the "Run" level and upload the data, they also connect the "Run" to a "Sample". And the "Sample" to a "Project".
