Show percentages on hover in status bar #443

@pete-sk I think I rejected the same proposal before. The reason is there is no added value in the case of this app. So you move the cursor on the notification icon. Then why don't you just click the icon to open the window? It is faster than waiting a few seconds for the tooltip to open. That's it.
