scroll over tray icon to adjust brightness #547

at present, the user need to click the tray icon to view the display options to adjust the brightness.

  1. if the scrolling over icon to change the brightness will greatly reduce the time the make the change.

  2. also there needs to be an tooltip to show the brightness percentage which is not yet present.
