Display all measures applied to a scenario

Similarly, some way of indicating on an element where a measure has been applied to that element - symbol/ colour change/ dot whatever.

I think for displaying all the measures applied to an scenario the simplest thing would be to reuse the table in the Carbon Co-op report and add them to the MHEP report

Marianne, is your comment just about fabric elements, that would be quite straight. But doing it for everything (which I think is best) would be more work as I would have to tweak every view, but easy to do.

Anyway, I am not doing this yet

My comment is probably most important for fabric, but as you say would be best to do for all.

And also as you say, we can live without it for now.

I have added the summary of measures to MHEP report. This contributes to #377
