Naming protocol for assessments #276

Need to come up with a unique naming protocol for assessments - something that can be linked to invoicing, future follow up etc.

At the moment it's by address but probably could be better.

How about: MHEP01_INITIALS_POSTCODE Or a variation on that kind of theme? Needs to integrate with your CRM system Jonathan, and I'm not sure what you're doing for that.

Ok, I'm going with CCMHEP01_INITIALS_POSTCODE unless I hear otherwise.

Will use this on our invoices, in our records, in file naming and in the tool. Happy to be the keeper of the codes.

The householder's I think - you can see who the assessor/author was elsewhere. Have changed some on the system, so you can see what it looks like. Covers all assessments done this year, using the tool. (2016 assessments all still on the spreadsheet, so stating fresh).

Closing this now as we seem to have a system in place that works.
