Display the cost of an applied measure on line for that element in the tool dialogue #351

So, for example, when you apply EWI to a wall, you can see immediately how much that costs, without having to go and look at the report.

I have worked on this and it is not possible: first I was showing the cost for a measure applied to one element and that was fine but when trying to display the cost for an element that was in a "bulk measure" I realised it is not possible right now. The cost of a bulk measure is calculated and saved as a whole so we cannot extract the information for the cost of the measure applied to just the element. I can already think of a work around but it will not be simple. I leave this issue opened then
