Sometimes it would be useful to be able to specifically tell people they should draughtproof their floor or front door, for example - and so give them slightly better information on that specific thing.
Requires us to have a think about how the measures are arranged in the draught-proofing section - but should be possible to quantify these in the model (already does some of this when you set up the master and select sealed or unsealed floor).
