Assessment id255 (Andrew's) breaks when loading Report #388

@ajnorthcott Randomly trying to replicate issue #386 I have found that the tool breaks when loading the report.

This has been fixed by @marianneURBED, from an email:

I’ve worked out the problem giving you a false reading for energy. You’ve got an open log-burning fire providing water heating, with the water heating efficiency set at 0. So demand*efficiency = NaN/ infinity

I don't know why that infinity broke the report but I am looking at it now as it may avoid problems in the future. I'll close this issue anyway
