Remove content-container.max-width from css #161

There's no need to limit the width of a graph. On a "standard" monitor (1920x1200), the graph looks "ridiculous" small and just takes around 66% of the screen width. On ultra-wide displays, that'll be even worse.

Please remove this setting.
