Better handle heat meter errors #192

On Axioma heat meters the heatmeter_Record_error Feed will equal 0 when there's an error present. It would be useful to :

  1. Be able to show this error in the MyHeatPump app
  2. Have an option to ignore electric data when error is present ?

Some filtering is needed some heatmeter_Record_error Feed is briefly 0 on occasions where there's no significant error
