remove_user_dependency #33

Is there a reason for the userid dependency in the device template loading mechanism @adminde @chaveiro ?

This pull request removes it and I can merge if your happy with the change?

Hi and sorry for the late response. This is really ma bad 😉 My changes for OpenHAB-style device things needed a userid... but in the discussion with you and with @pb66 in #24 I realized that especially with the changes in #18 this is not viable at all^^. It should definitly be removed and thank you for removing it.
