SMTP duplicate configuration? #31

It looks to me like this module takes SMTP configuration settings through the UI rather than just using the SMTP settings specified in the settings.php file. Is that a fair assessment?

It would be nice to configure SMTP for all of emoncms only once, if so.

(Also just a note to self - does it use Swiftmailer as with emoncms password resets? If so, cool, but I probably need to add that as a debian control dependency in pkg-emoncms-module-event. If not, consolidating that would obviously be awesome.)
