Enhancement request : Allow users to create/join/leave a group #68

Hello,

I'm not sure if there are resources for this but I think it would be great to allow the following usecases.

  1. A user can request the creation of a group and to become the group admin.
  2. A user can request to join one or more of the existing groups. This request is validated by the group admin.
  3. A user can leave a group with validation.

P.S. Are there any bounty systems used for emoncms ?? Where a bunch of users can chip in an make life a bit easier for the developers/maintainers.
